The Boston LesBiGay Urban (BLU) Foundation is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQ+ community through our Reentry Workforce Development Program.

This initiative assists formerly incarcerated LGBTQ+ individuals in reintegrating into society by providing comprehensive job training and employment opportunities. Our program aims to ensure a successful transition back into the workforce, fostering a more inclusive and supportive community.
